Neutrals: From Day to Night

In my closet, neutrals are always welcomed. Some of my favorite looks come from mixing different basic pieces together in order to create a totally new look. As much as I love bold and trending items, I am known to invest the most of my money into basic pieces that I know will last and be worn from season to season.

With this outfit, I added a long, tassel earring because of how the sweater comes off of the shoulder. I love the color choice on these Topshop tassel earrings to use as another neutral. Also, can you believe they are under $20?

I cannot give enough compliments to this Caslon Cowl Neck Tunic. Not only is it super cozy, comfortable and flattering, but it can be worn TWO different ways! You can wear it off the shoulders (shown in my pictures) OR wear it as a cowl neck (shown in this picture). My immediate thought when I was trying on this sweater is that it would be perfect to wear during the day as a cowl neck and then bring it off the shoulders for the evening. Oh and it also comes in several colors! I’m FOR SURE getting the black one next.  Sizing Info: It does run slightly big – in my pictures I’m wearing my true size (small) but I think when I get the black one I will go for an XS.

These kitten heels truly pull this look together, in my opinion, and the ones I am wearing are under $75! As of now, I’m not one that can last all day and night in your typical heel, which is why I love the short, kitten heel right now. These specific shoes come in so many different colors, but as an FYI: sizes are selling out fairly quickly!
